Audatex Enhances New AudaEnterprise Claims Solution With Cycle Time Management
Following on from the general release of its flagship AudaEnterprise estimating and claims fulfilment solution, Audatex has announced that cycle time management will be the subject of the first in a line of complementary new services that will extend the scope and value of this innovative new system.
Audatex is working in collaboration with insurer and repairer partners to develop an advanced, fully-integrated service, which will enable motor claims to be tracked closely from instruction, through estimating and repair, to final settlement, without the need for extensive manual input by claims handlers, engineers or repairers.
The service will be available to AudaEnterprise users for a top-up monthly licence fee.
Paul Tucker, managing director, Audatex UK explains: "Reducing cycle times is a key priority for our customers who are actively addressing the need to remove cost from the claims process. Developing the AudaEnterprise platform as we have enables us to deliver this value-added service that allows all stakeholders in the process, including the policyholder, to view live information on the status of the claim. Our plan is to make this available during Q4 2004."
AudaEnterprise is the successor to Audatex' market leading AudaWorkstation estimating system. It features a modular, multi-user architecture, web-based communications and a centralised database structure that is hosted and maintained by Audatex. AudaEnterprise has been designed to provide a flexible, expandable estimating and claims management platform that can grow in line with customer needs. Additional planned services include VIN look-up, a vehicle valuation service and engineer diary scheduling.
